Coachlight Support

Help with your Coachlight account, AI Coach, plans, Apple Health, Strava, or subscription.

Contact

Email zenaiagent@icloud.com. Include your app version, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not email passwords, Apple Health exports, or other sensitive health records.

Account and data deletion

Open Coachlight, go to Profile, and choose Delete Account & Data. Follow the on-screen confirmation to delete the Coachlight account and associated server data.

Subscriptions

Purchases are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel a subscription in App Store Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchase in Coachlight if an active purchase is not recognized.

Apple Health

Apple Health access is optional. Review or revoke access in the iPhone Settings or Health app. Coachlight remains usable when Health access is denied.

Strava

Strava is optional and can be connected or disconnected from Profile. You can also revoke Coachlight from your Strava account settings.
